Public transportation will improve the quality of life for all of us in Wake County. It is that simple.
WakeUP Wake County continues to advocate for a bold, effective transit plan of expanded bus and commuter and light rail that brings our county together. Given a projected DOUBLING of Wake's population, we must get a better transit system in place as soon as possible, or we'll experience constant traffic jams and declining air quality. But it won't happen unless we SPEAK UP for transit!
We need your help to make public transit a priority in Wake County! Please take the following three steps:
