WakeUP Wake County invites you to attend an upcoming growth issues social gathering in Downtown Raleigh.  Join WakeUP Transportation and Land Use Team Leader Paul Morris, Raleigh planning officials, and others for an exciting conversation on the meaning of 'smart growth' and its implications for Raleigh's New Unified Development Ordinance:

Wake County remains in a severe droughtRecent conservation strategies are making a difference and have allowed officials to postpone planned expansions to the E.M. Johnson Water Treatment Plant, giving the city three to five years to come up with the $250 million for the project.
