Get out the vote!

Early voting begins today and runs through October 30th.  The general election is November 2nd. It is essential that every person votes in the upcoming election because vital decisions about your quality of life are being made by these officials.

The Neuse RIVERKEEPER® Foundation does not endorse candidates, but we encourage our members and friends to research candidates and vote for those candidates most qualified to make decisions for you, your family, and North Carolina citizens.

  • The Voter Lookup has all of your district information and sample ballot preview.

  • Want to see how your current officials are doing on environmental issues? Visit the Conservation Council of North Carolina's Legislative Scorecard.

  • Get to know the candidates before casting your ballot with non-partisan voter guides and candidate bios.

  • The registration period has passed. If you are not registered you may vote provisionally at any of the early voting locations.

  • To find out more about the voting process you can visit the non-partisan site www.ncvoterinfo.org or call 888-OUR-VOTE.

Please use your voice this fall by voting for candidates that will help us continue to preserve and protect the Neuse River.

Feel free to pass on this message to friends and family so that they are prepared to vote. Forward this message to a friend

See you at the polls!
