YOUR drinking water and hard-earned tax dollars are on the line. The deadline for public comments in support of a timely and effective cleanup plan is TODAY.

Aug. 31 :: HIGH SPEED RAIL HEARING :: 7p

After receiving recommendations from the Passenger Rail Task Force on August 3rd, Council announced that it will hold a public hearing on August 31st before taking a formal position. Sept. 14-23 :: TRANSIT WORKSHOPS :: 4-7p
SECOND ROUND OF TRANSIT WORKSHOPS - Triangle citizens are invited to participate in a second round of public workshops on future bus and rail options. These community meetings on the Triangle Regional Transit Program (TRTP) will offer citizens the opportunity to provide feedback on transit corridors under study in Wake, Durham and Orange counties. In this workshop, participants will review preliminary draft standards for improvements related to transitions between landuses and density.
