Downtown Revitalization

The Wendell Historical Society is having a meeting on Tuesday, March 23 at 7:30 in the Wendell Courtroom. The topic will be "How Wake Forest Revitalized It's Downtown." The speaker will be Maggie O'Neal, Executive Director of the Wake Forest Downtown Revitalization Corporation.

I urge everyone to attend to learn what has worked for one town. Maybe we can apply some of their experiences to Wendell. It certainly will take ALL OF US to accomplish such a hefty goal. Please pass this information on to others who may be interested.
