The Art of Ezra Jack Keats
Join the Wendell Library as we learn art techniques used by the author/illustrator, E. J. Keats. Learn how to express yourself with various art mediums such as watercolor, gouache, marbling, and collage. Ages 8-14. Thursdays, February 18-April 1 (7 weeks)
Two sessions offered, 10-12:00 or 4:30-6:30

Join Ms.Kathy for weekly story times including flannel boards, songs, rhymes, books, and art.

Wednesdays @ 4:30, ages 5-12. Stories, crafts, games, experiments, and more!
January 6, Find Yur Words - create a story to make into a book of your own.
January 13, Paint your Story - illustrate the pages for book!
January 20, Book Covers and Binding - put it all together to build a hard bound book!
January 27, You, the Author - Share your book with the group, then display it at the library.

Adult  Programs
Paper, Glue, and You! Have fun creating various art projects as we meet the last Tuesday of each month @ 6:30. Ages 13 and up!
January 26 - Valentine Making
February 23 - Turn paper into a memory book that you will treasure.
March 30 - Decoupaged Easter Eggs!
April 27 - Make a pendant or magnet for Mother's Day.

First Monday of each month @ 1:00.
