WakeUP invites you its monthly happy hour on Tuesday, December 8th from 5:30-7pm at Sitti in Downtown Raleigh.  This month's discussion topic: Raleigh's New Development Code.  Please note, cash bar.

Please join us at Sitti  for a casual discussion about Raleigh's New Code.  Come share your interests and concerns surrounding the New Code through a discussion with other WakeUP community members.  Elected officials from Raleigh's City Council will be on hand to explain  form-based coding among other issues relevant to good growth planning for metropolitan areas.

What is the New Raleigh Development Code?
The New Code intends to offer greater clarity and predictability for developers and neighborhoods alike by removing and amending outdated standards and encouraging quality development through better zoning practices and improved urban development standards defined by Raleigh's New Comprehensive Plan.

Questions?  Please contact me at: accampbe@ncsu.edu.

Hope to see you there!
