Lawsuit speaks volumes
All three eastern Wake County towns are currently dealing with litigation in one form or another at the present time.
But we haven’t seen a filing quite like the one recently made against Wendell in many years.
In that complaint, 64 people sign on to allegations that the town failed to follow its own rules when it approved a rezoning request that will allow the developers of Pepper Pointe to expand that development.
