Meeting Announcement

Wendell Community Coalition will meet on Tuesday May 1, 2007 at 7 PM in the Education Building of the Wendell United Methodist Church on Main Street.
This meeting is open to the public and will focus on organization of the Wendell Community Coalition. Also, many issues facing Wendell will be discussed.

Tentative agenda items include:

Organization
Committee Structure
Comprehensive Planning
Citizen Concerns

We all need to be more involved for the betterment of Wendell.

The way to obtain good Government is for citizens to present positive- persuadable arguments at Board of Commissioners' and Planning Board meetings. Hopefully the Coalition will bring to these meetings arguments that deal with issues and not ad hominem issues. The old ways of Wendell are over; a new era is upon the town, one that is overdue.
